The hotel is located in a affluent area of the city, surrounded by highly rated bars and restaurants. There are also plenty of shops and dining options nearby. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with a modern and clean aesthetic. The service provided by the staff is impeccable, with every staff member being attentive and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The gym in the basement of the hotel could use some improvement in terms of equipment variety.

Great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Very safe area. The service was impeccable, especially the breakfast servers. The room was spacious and had top-notch linens and pillows. The buffet breakfast had excellent choices and made-to-order eggs/omelettes.
The staff in the daytime were a little standoffish and never greeted us. The water had issues during our stay, with sputtering and brown water.

Great Xmas Retreat!
This hotel is a perfect spot for a quiet Xmas retreat. It’s peacefully located and only a short walk away from fabulous restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and hospitable.
The elevator is a bit small and took us a while to get used to. The dining room is quite crowded and slow during peak hours, so we avoided eating there during the Xmas rush.

I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the fact that I was able to order food and other essentials through an app. The location was also convenient as it was close to attractions and restaurants.
My experience was not perfect. The elevator was extremely small and made me feel uneasy.
